Bordallo Pinheiro – Amazonia Bowl Yellow 16cm

Inspired from the rich flora and fauna of Brazil, the Bordallo Pinheiro Amazōnia Bowl is part of a collaboration with Brazilian NGO Ecoarts Amazônia with some of the proceeds from this collection, going towards the reforestation of the Amazon.

This award winning bowl is crafted from earthenware with a glazed tangerine interior and a bright yellow spiky exterior, which looks a little like a beehive. It rests on tiny, white plugs to protect surfaces.

Portugal’s ceramics brand, Bordallo Pinheiro started out in 1884 with a a ceramics production in Caldas and now it is known and valued all over the world.
